Title: Can bioelectronic modulation aid tissue regeneration?

Specific individual cell behaviors control tissue form and function required for regenerative medicine. Accessing single cells to modify their behavior is challenging  especially when this access needs to be extended to multiple cells in a tissue. Bioelectronic devices are able to affect cell behavior with a combination of spatially controlled ionic and biochemical signals. Here, I will discuss our efforts in using bioelectronic devices to aid tissue regeneration.

Pui Yan Ho, Czechowicz Lab (Stanford)

Title: TBD

Stem Cell club is open to anyone interested in stem cell research. For journal presentations, please read the paper beforehand and alsways come prepared to participate in the discussion.

If you would like to get involved in the stem cell club, either through leading a session or nominating a speaker, please email Alessandra Rodriguez y Baena or Julien Menendez

Lunch will be sponsored by MilliporeSigma
